Description
Convallaria majalis, commonly called Lily of the Valley, is a lovely, herbaceous, clump-forming perennial that forms a light, airy groundcover. Short spikes of white, bell-shaped flowers emerge from the center of broad, lance-shaped glossy green leaves.
Thrives in organically enriched, moist, well-drained soil. Lily of the Valley makes a beautiful naturalized groundcover in shady gardens.
