Description

Aloe vanbalenii displays green leaves with red edges and teeth that grow in a rosette. Leaves twist and curl at the edges. In the summer or with more intense light and less water, this variety’s leaves turn orange-red. It is often said that it resembles an octopus crawling over the landscape.

A great, low maintenance succulent plant for beginners. Provide a well-drained soil away from reflected heat. Once established, water infrequently during the hot season.
