Abutilon ‘Dwarf Red’ – Flowering Maple (4.5″ Pot)

Abutilon ‘Dwarf Red’ is a deciduous flowering maple that holds electric salmon-orange bell-shaped flowers in an upright habit. Some of us here at Little Prince think looks like a nice Hawaiian Punch.

Abutilons are very heat tolerant, making them excellent for summer gardens or containers in the hot sun. Provide winter protection in cooler climates. They thrive in well-drained soil with occasional feedings. Pinch the young leaf stems to encourage more branching. Prune lightly to shape and remove dead stems.
