Hoya ‘Rosita’ – Tropical Wax Vine (4.5″ Pot)

Hoya Rosita is a lovely hybrid of Hoya wayetii and Hoya tsangii. The plump, glossy green, oval leaves are edged in maroon. When the plant is ‘happily stressed’ by sun exposure, it will flush out tones of bronze and red. In mature specimens, red flower clusters with yellow tips may emerge.

Plant Hoya Rosita in a hanging basket or raised container to take advantage of the gorgeous, trailing stems carrying multicolored leaves. Prefers a warm, humid environment with bright indirect light. Fertilize, mist and water regularly, reducing water in winter. Allow the soil to dry out between watering. Keep your Hoya above 55°F, or its growth might be stunted.
