Pyrrosia lingua is a choice fern displaying very thick, upright, glossy olive-green ribbon fronds with undulating margins that occasionally twist to show the felted underside. Slowly forms an evergreen clump/colony.

Ferns thrive in neutral to acidic, loose, richly organic soil. Tongue Fern is excellent for mass plantings, rock gardens, containers, in woodlands and naturalized landscapes.
