Description
Fittonia ‘Jade’ is a compact houseplant that works great in containers or terrariums. The electric yellow to chartreuse, oval leaves are adorned with hot pink veining and form mounds over time.
Nerve plants grow best in well-drained, humus-rich soils with moderate water. They are surprisingly tolerant of a range of light conditions, but avoid direct sunlight. A humid environment is ideal to prevent crisping on the leaves. Apply a slow-release fertilizer sparingly in spring. Beautiful accent plant for borders and containers. It is especially excellent as a houseplant. Protect from freezing temperatures!
