Arctostaphylos edmundsii ‘Big Sur’ is a low growing evergreen shrub with an open branching habit. Displays attractive mahogany bark. Clusters of pink, bell-shaped flowers bloom early.

Tolerant of a wide range of soils and fairly drought tolerant, once established. Makes an excellent low hedge, barrier or mixed in a perennial border.
