The bold, simply divided, leathery fronds of Polypodium scouleri are a dark, glossy green. Evergreen. Often grows on logs, trees and rocks. Native plant of the Pacific Northwest.

Thrives in any type of soil. Scouler’s Polypody is often used as a groundcover. Excellent for edging, in rock walls and rock gardens.
