Libertia ixioides ‘Taupo Sunset’ is a tuft-forming, evergreen perennial that displays long, narrow, green blades, striped lengthwise with a broad band of golden-yellow. Small white flowers are followed by yellow fruit.
Grow in moderately fertile, moist, well-drained soil with average water. In cooler climates, may benefit from winter protection with a dry mulch. New Zealand Iris is great in mixed borders, containers and rock gardens.
