Description
That’s right … COFFEE! This species is used in about 60% of global coffee production but also makes a great houseplant. This tropical shrub displays lush, glossy, evergreen foliage with white fragrant flowers which display beautiful red berries. If pollinated, it will produce beans.
Coffea arabica is grown as a houseplant in temperate climates. Provide well-drained soil and a bright location. Water moderately and fertilize during the growing season. Protect from freezing temperatures!
